My husband and I have used the BigLeash Remote Trainer to stop our dog's jumping behavior. Great tool! We also use it on our hiking trips, to keep him from roaming too far from us. We definitely recommend DogWatch. I have reviewed DogWatch before, but I have to say that once again they have proved that they are simply the best.
We had an issue with several of our fully trained hounds. I messaged James really early this morning, and he was here at 8am. Who does business that quickly? Easy answer, DogWatch. Great product, absolutely. But what really makes them the company that I will always recommend is the service and support they provide. When James arrived, strangest thing. My dogs were all four out in the yard, and immediately they just knew he was a dog lover. No barking. He took care of problem and headed to his next call. We will never use another company. I cannot recommend them any higher! They are the gold standard.

We got the smart fence for our English Mastiff and our Pug mix. This has been the first underground fence that has worked for them. James is awesome and helped me train the dogs. Would definitely recommend!

After calling several places to gain information on underground fencing, James at Dog Watch was beyond amazing. We had a time frame that had to be met in which he went above and beyond to service our needs. He was very informative on how to train the dogs and assisted each dog in learning the boundaries. We have a total of six dogs of which some are the most stubborn English Bulldogs you can imagine. Each dog was extremely easy to train due to his flawless instructions. We have since had the fencing for over 1 1/2 years and I have never regretted it once! The fence is fantastic however James is even better! He is always there with any questions and responds promptly. He has drove to our house (AT LEAST an hour away) from his shop just to provide us with the best service and never lets us down! In my 44 years of life I have NEVER met anyone that exceeds his customer care! He is the real deal and I wish all companies would follow his lead! I recommend Dog Watch and James to anyone considering this amazing product!! He doesn’t disappear after selling you the product but rather sticks with you for the long haul!! JUST AMAZING!!

If you’re looking for a great invisible fence company, this is it! James answers questions very quickly, he provided great training for us and our dogs. He checks in to make sure everyone is doing well and offers support. He surpassed our expectations, especially compared to his competition (which isn’t really competition in our opinion).
